Our school vision has been intentionally developed to be inclusive of our whole school community. We acknowledge the participation and contribution of everyone who makes up the diverse mosaic that is Tieri State School. At the core of our vision is the concept of engagement - excitement, enthusiasm and reciprocal relationships; a sense of pride, sharing and mutual support; passion and optimism. Engagement, and all that it encompasses is a goal for everyone - students, staff, families and community.
Everyone, is the cornerstone for our vision because we believe that positive interrelationships between all members of our school community are the key to help support each child at our school to be the very best version of themselves. We believe it takes our Tieri village to raise our children and we invite everyone to support our students in all that they dream to do.
Every day is the timeframe for success. Each day at our school offers the opportunity for success to everyone who walks through our front gate. Every day, a safe, supportive school environment allows the very best version of ourselves to be seen and celebrated.
Succeeding is understood by our community as a positive outcome that is experienced from any situation whether that be learning new things, deepening relationships, achieving goals or stepping out of our comfort zone. Success is each and every person, achieving to the best of their ability.
